Working with Lattice begins with a conversation to understand your family’s needs and goals. Each consultation is tailored to your situation, focused on providing clear guidance, realistic next steps, and a personalized roadmap. Families leave with information, structure, and confidence, without ongoing dependency or pressure to take immediate action.

Start by sending a message through the contact form, calling or emailing directly. This inital step is simly a way to share your questions or concerns (no preparation or paperwork is required). You will hear back within 3 business days

During the brief initial conversation, we’ll talk through your family’s needs and determine which consultation package is the best fit. This is also when I share the session cost and billing details. Consultations are billed per session, and payment is arranged by phone or email. This ensures families have full transparency before scheduling, so there are no surprises.

During your session, families receive guidance tailored to their needs. This may include:

  • Review of current situation, goals, and questions

  • Overview of applicable autism-related systems

  • Identification of realistic next steps

  • A personalized roadmap to guide independent action

Consultations are time-limited and structured to give families clear, actionable information.

Follow up / Adjustments (Optional)

After an initial consultation, families may choose a follow-up session to review progress, adjust plans, or address new developments. Follow-ups help families regain clarity, stay on track, and feel confident as circumstances change

Future Planning Support (Optional)

Families who want to explore long term planning options can schedule an educational consultation on Guardianship vs. Conservatorship, Special Needs Trusts and ABLE accounts. The focus is understanding tools, next steps, and referrals to qualified professionals, rather than legal or financial advice.
