Welcome to Lattice!

My name is Hana Beyer, and I am the founder of Lattice Autism Consulting. I work with Minnesota families who are navigating autism related services and feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure where to start. As a mom, a wife, and someone who understands firsthand how overwhelming this journey can feel, I created Lattice Autism Consulting to be the guide I wished we’d had - helping Minnesota families make sense of systems that often feel fragmented and confusing.

Lattice Autism Consulting was created to help families make sense of systems that often feel fragmented and confusing. I support families in understanding how autism services are structured across education, county and state systems, as well as private services. I provide clear, practical guidance so families can make informed decisions with confidence.

My goal is to reduce stress, clarify next steps, maximize efficiency and help families feel both empowered & informed as they advocate for their child.

My Background

I am a licensed speech language pathologist with over five years of experience in Early Intervention, through the school districts, working directly with families in their homes to support children from birth to age three.

Through this work I have developed a strong understanding of how Minnesota’s autism related systems function and most importantly, how they intersect. I’ve helped families navigate evaluations, eligibility criteria, service timelines, and transitions between systems, and I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming this process can be without clear guidance.

In addition to my professional background, I also bring lived experience. I have a younger brother with significant support needs who is on the autism spectrum. He is the reason I pursued my master’s degree in speech-language pathology and remains the foundation of my passion for this work.

My Why

My “why” comes from standing on both sides of the system, as a professional and as a sibling.

Through my work and my own family’s experiences, I’ve seen how unclear timelines, complicated eligibility rules, and disconnected systems can create unnecessary stress for families who are already carrying so much. Families are often expected to understand complex systems quickly, advocate effectively, and make high-stakes decisions, all while supporting their child’s daily needs.

I believe families deserve clear information, honest guidance, and support that meets them where they are.

My role is not to tell families what to do, but to help them understand their options, organize information, and move forward with confidence. I aim to be a steady, knowledgeable guide so families can focus less on navigating systems and more on supporting their child and themselves.
